Wholesale Purchaser means...
As a purchaser of RPM plants, you are eligible for wholesale pricing and tax-exemption if you are:- buying the trees for resale (licensed reseller)
- a farm or other tax-exempt agricultural business
- buying trees for use by your customers (consultants or engineering firms)
- non-profit organization
- federal, state, or local agencies or municipality
- other resellers or tax-exempt organizations
- landowners who are using the RPM plants in federal programs such as WRP, EQIP, CRP, etc. are eligible for wholesale pricing.
- Ordering a minimum of 50 trees.

Taxes apply to retail purchases.
