Shipping is the responsibility of the customer but RPM Ecosystems LLC can schedule and coordinate the shipment of your order to you. Delivery rates are based on $1.50 per mile round trip to your location from RPM Ecosystems LLC with a $300 minimum shipping charge. All orders are F.O.B RPM Ecosystems LLC.RPM Ecosystems' LLC responsibility for the risk of loss or damage to the property, which is the subject of this contract, terminates when the property is transferred to a common carrier at seller's place of business. At that point, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer. The buyer must pay for all transportation and insurance costs at this point.
